Councilors are the war hawks of the Il'khan nation. They The council
of warriors has a steep hierarchy consisting of three ranks of councilmen and
their assistants. The War Council is appointed by the king and reign until
death, dismissal, or they ascend unto the position of King.

They have no actual power other than the chance to voice their opinion They
usually are powerful chieftains who have a tribe to back them up. These
are usually the King's bodyguards,, and always on the front lines in battle.
